Zephrex-D is available nationally at CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens, and at selected regional retailers.

Like all pseudoephedrine products, Zephrex-D is only available from behind the pharmacy counter, not on shelves, so be sure to ask the in-store pharmacist for help. Likewise, if you’re calling the store to see if they stock Zephrex-D, ask to speak to the pharmacist first. Oregon and Mississippi require a prescription for the purchase of products containing pseudoephedrine.
